Biography
Working as Professor in Physics Department, Faculty of Science, Gurukula Kangri University, Haridwar (India). Major Fields of research are Amorphous Semiconductors, Metal oxide Semiconductors Nanocomposites for gas sensing, photocatalytics and photovoltaic applications. Supervising masters and doctoral students for research work leading to Ph.D. degree. Published more than 85 research articles in peer reviewed Journals. Delivered more than 50 invited talks and chaired the technical sessions in various national and international conferences/seminars/symposia in India and abroad. Member of Board of Studies and Research Degree Committees of many Indian Universities. Working as Executive member of Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA)-Haridwar Chapter. Life member of various academic societies viz. Semiconductor society (India), ISCA, IAPT, MSI etc. Member in editorial board of three research journals.
